Products and Orders

Eila Impressions offers books, digital products, print-on-demand merchandise and other resources.

We make every effort to describe and display products accurately. Colors and other product details may vary slightly depending on your screen, printing process or manufacturer.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions or pricing and to cancel or refund an order if a product is unavailable or an error affects the order.

Payment

Payment is due at the time an order is placed. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales taxes will be calculated during checkout when required.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Physical books sold directly by Eila Impressions are packaged and shipped by Eila Impressions. Standard shipping within the United States is charged at the rate displayed during checkout.

Some merchandise is produced and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand provider. Because books and merchandise may be fulfilled separately, items purchased in the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Eila Impressions is not responsible for carrier delays or delays outside our reasonable control.

Local Delivery

Complimentary local delivery may be available for eligible print books fulfilled directly by Eila Impressions to selected ZIP codes in the Rome/Cedartown, Georgia area.

Free local delivery applies only to qualifying books. Other products in the same order, including print-on-demand merchandise, may still incur shipping charges and may be delivered separately.

Availability of local delivery is determined by the shipping address entered during checkout.

Digital Products

Digital products, including ebooks and downloadable resources, are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Some digital products may be delivered through a third-party service such as BookFunnel. Customers may therefore receive separate instructions or email containing access to their digital purchase.

Because digital products are delivered electronically, digital purchases generally are not refundable once delivered or accessed, except where required by law or when there is a technical problem that prevents delivery.

Returns, Refunds and Damaged Items

We want you to receive the products you ordered in good condition.

If a physical product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can work with you to resolve the issue. Photos of damaged products or packaging may be requested.

Because some merchandise is created specifically when an order is placed, print-on-demand merchandise generally cannot be returned or exchanged for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection or change of preference. Defective, damaged or incorrectly produced merchandise will be handled as appropriate.

Refunds or replacements are determined based on the circumstances of the order and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the written content, books, devotionals, downloads, podcast materials, graphics and other original content available through this website are owned by Dawn Tolbert and/or Eila Impressions Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

Purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer copyright ownership. Materials are intended for personal use unless permission for another use is expressly provided.

Please do not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish or substantially copy materials from this website without permission.

Third-Party Services

This website uses third-party services to provide functions such as payment processing, product fulfillment, email communication and digital delivery.
